Toward the Ligurians landscape Observatories. - The article introduces
the first results of a research done within a project focusing on realizing a
system of Italian landscape Observatory on regional base. The two authors developed
a methodology based on the technique of repeat photography, using same images in
chronological series, showing with some examples how this can become a profit support
for the assignments of a landscape Observatory. The result of the study is that
visual evidences can be a source of information to access the constitutive dimension
of the landscape, thus testifying the connected historical-evolutionary dynamics to the
territorial trials.

Vers les Observatoires liguriens du paysage. - L'essai présente les premiers
résultats d'une recherche faite dans le cadre d'un projet pour la réalisation d'un
système d'Observatoires du paysage italien, sur base régionale. Les deux auteurs déve-
loppent une méthodoìogie de travail basée sur la technique de la photographie répétée,
c'est-à-dire sur l'utilisation d'images en série chronologique avec le meme point de vue.
Les études essaient de montrer comment cette méthode puisse devenir un outil de valeur
pour les buts d'un Observatoire du paysage. Le thème principal de la recherche est
la thèse que les évidences visuelles peuvent etre des sources d'information pour l'accès
à la dimension constitutive (fondamentale) du paysage et témoigner les dynamiques
historiques-évolutives liées aux processus du terroir.
