Discourse, text and narrative in the representation of landscape. The Sardinian Landscape Plan. – Following a theoretical post-structuralist approach, the paper analyzes the discursive construction of the landscape in the Sardinian legislation from 2006 when it has been approved the first Regional Landscape Plan. The article focuses on the quality of being “built” of the landscape rather than on its technical aspects. The Landscape is a device capable of catalyzing and carrying very different and conflictual discourses, rhetorics and representations as well as an extraordinary tool that shapes reality. The analysis of the discourse on landscape and its protection in legislation can address and problematize the role played by the landscape in relation to broader economic and political interests.

Discours, texte et narration dans la réprésentation du paysage. Le plan d’aménagement paysager de la Sardaigne. – En partant d’un point de vue théorique et méthodologique post-structuraliste, le travail analyse la construction discursive du paysage dans la législation sarde, à partir du 2006, l’année d’approbation du premier Plan d’aménagement régional. Plus que sur les aspects strictement techniques, l’article se concentre sur le caractère “construit” du paysage, comme dispositif qui catalyse et véhicule discours, rhétoriques et représentations, très différentes et contradictoires aussi, qui en font un code extraordinaire d’écriture du monde. L’analyse des discours sur le paysage et sa protection dans la législation, rend possible d’aborder et de remettre en question le rôle joué par le paysage par rapport aux intérêts économiques et politiques d’ordre général.
