A contribution to the administrative pattern’s originis in Italy (1845-1861): Frulli, Durando, Turandi, Fabrizi, Giorgini, Correnti. – Before the Italian unification,some authors have made some assumptions about the regionalization of the peninsula. C. Frulli proposed to identify as regions the valleys of major rivers, even associated with two, as the valleys of Arno and Ombrone (Florence and Siena). L. Torelli envisioned many capital cities in three Kingdoms; an idea partially corrected by G. Fabrizi, but rejected by G. B. Giorgini. Finally, G. Durando had proposed the creation of three federal states. C. Correnti proposed a division into sixteen regions. According to the federal reform started in 2001, the author believes that the examination of nineteenth-century alternative hypotheses can also be useful in preparation 31 of possible changes in the current regional structure, specially in the year of the 150th anniversary of Italian unification.
Une contribution à l’historie du découpage administratif en Italie (1845-1861): Frulli, Durando, Turandi, Fabrizi, Giorgini, Correnti. – Avant l’Unité italienne, certains auteurs ont fait des hypothèses découpage de la Péninsule. C. Frulli proposé d’identifier comme régions les vallées de grands fleuves - parfois associée à deux, comme les vallées de l’Arno et de l’Ombrone (Florence et Sienne). L. Torelli a imaginé un système de trois royaumes avec six villes-capitales; une idée partiellement corrigée par le G. Fabrizi, mais rejeté par le G.B. Giorgini. Enfin, G. Durando avait proposé la création de trois Etats fédéraux. C. Correnti proposé une division en seize régions. À la lumière de la réforme fédérale (commencée en 2001), l’auteur estime que l’examen des hypothèses alternatives formulée vers la moitié du dix-neuvième siècle peuvent bine être utiles dans la préparation d’une éventuelle modification de la structure régionale actuelle, en particulier pour le 150e anniversaire de l’Unité italienne.
